We had to replace the valve to the washing machine. They did a great job and all we need to do is patch the opening. They were extremely responsive and professional. They explained everything they were doing. This is the second time we used them. The other time they fixed the shower which would only come out hot water. I would highly recommend them. Oh also they cleaned up after and did a great job!

They showed up when they said they were going to! and they know what they are doing! worked timely, professionally, cleaned up, Great service! highly recommend, which I don't do often. But this company was above and beyond professional and knowledgeable and the quote was the actual finished price! which I will say was a fair price as well. You will be very well pleased with this company for your plumbing needs

I am very happy with the customer service I received. The person who took my call was very nice. I received a call when the plumber was on his way. The technician, Osmany, was on time, polite, friendly, and professional. He replaced the pipe under our sink very quickly, and made sure everything was draining properly. He also cleaned up all trash, etc. I would recommend OCT Plumbing and will be calling them in the future.
